Missions and Responsibilities
Under the responsibility of the Director of the Investment Team, your main missions will be:
- Research: Participation in research efforts for the selection of funds in private markets: meeting managers, searching for investment solutions, market screening, peer group construction, portfolio auditing…
- Due Diligence: Independent performance of institutional-standard due diligence on strategies investing in private markets.
- Investment Selection: Participation in internal investment selection and validation committees.
- Investment Product Engineering: Participate in the implementation of investment product engineering projects that respond to the diversified strategies of private markets.
- Commercial Support: Assist in commercial development by producing technical documentation for sales teams.
Profile Criteria Sought
- Higher education in Business Schools, Engineering, and Universities (Master 1, Master 2) with a specialization in corporate finance. Additional certifications such as AMF, CFA, or CAIA will be appreciated.
- Already successful experience (~3 years) in asset management in private market asset classes with a more generalist profile. Experience in Funds of Funds and beginner expertise in portfolio management (cash tracking, capital calls, distributions, performance calculations…) will be valued.
- Strong analytical skills, curious and reactive nature, quickly operational on tasks of selecting funds in private markets (e.g., PE, Private Debt, Real Estate, and Infrastructure).
- Organized, rigorous, motivated, capable of taking initiatives and proposing solutions, operational and not afraid of multidisciplinarity. Attracted to the entrepreneurial DNA of a human-sized structure. Essential mastery of Pack Office, VBA, Preqin, Bloomberg.
